John paints landscapes, seascapes, waterfowl, wildlife and portraits. His style is very realistic using high definition details. His art
has raised funds for organizations such as Ducks Unlimited and other conservation groups including the Wetlands Habitat Alliance for
Texas Ducks, Coastal Conservation Association and the International Gamefish Association as well as many local charities, hospitals
and schools such as the Texas School for the Deaf and the Kilroy Foundation.
National competition includes being placed in 6 different state duck stamp competitions as well as the federal duck stamp competition 5 times.
